Graduate in any stream; logistics coursework helps.
Start as a warehouse or logistics executive and learn the floor operation properly.
Take a diploma or advanced diploma in supply chain and warehouse management.
Get hands-on with a WMS — system fluency separates supervisors from managers here.
Build a record on the two numbers that matter: inventory accuracy and on-time dispatch.
