Four steps, in order
A call within two working days
About the town, the catchment and whether an AORE centre makes sense there. Sometimes the honest answer is that it does not, and you get that answer on the first call.
Territory and model
Which of the four models fits, and whether the catchment is already spoken for. Territory is exclusive, so this is settled before anything else moves.
Commercials in writing
Investment, fee structure, term and what each side is responsible for — all of it in a document you can take to an accountant, not read off a slide.
Agreement and setup
Signing, centre setup, trainer onboarding and platform access. Your students then go through the same placement cell as every other AORE student.
