- Own the sales and P&L of every store in the cluster
- Coach and performance-manage store managers
- Run store audits and drive SOP compliance
- Plan manpower, recruitment and succession across sites
- Analyse multi-store KPIs and intervene where a store is drifting
- Support new-store openings and closures
- Represent the cluster to regional and head-office functions

Run a store successfully for at least two years, ideally more than one store.
Take an advanced diploma in retail operations — multi-site work needs EBITDA, audit and manpower planning.
Develop a store manager into a strong performer; you will be asked for the evidence.
Learn to diagnose a store you did not build, from its numbers, in one visit.
Accept travel. Cluster roles are not desk jobs.
