Opening to closing routines, stock accuracy, replenishment, shrinkage and daily controls.
04Retail Customer Service Management
Service standards, complaint handling, loyalty mechanics and measuring experience.
05Store Layout and Visual Merchandising
Zoning, customer flow, fixture planning, planograms and seasonal display.
06Retail HR and Staffing
Rostering, recruitment, on-floor coaching, performance conversations and retention.
07Retail Location Planning
Catchment analysis, footfall, rental economics and the case for opening or closing a site.

Who can apply
10+2 for certificate and diploma level; a degree in any stream for advanced diploma. No prior retail experience is required, and final-year students may apply provisionally.
