01Eligibility

Who can apply

Deliberately open. AORE exists to bring people into retail, so the bar is set at what a course actually requires rather than at what filters applicants out.

  • Certificate and diploma level: 10+2 in any stream.
  • Advanced diploma level: a degree in any stream.
  • No prior retail experience is required for any programme.
  • Final-year students may apply provisionally, before results are published.
  • Applicants must be 18 or over. Under 18 requires a parent or guardian's consent given directly to the institute.

02Documents

What to send with your application

Send copies, never originals. Nothing you send is returned, and AORE will not ask for an original document at any stage of admission.

  • The completed application form.
  • Self-attested mark sheets for your highest qualification.
  • A copy of your graduation, diploma or 10+2 certificate.
  • Final-year students: mark sheets for all completed years.
  • Two passport-size photographs.
  • An experience certificate, if you are applying as a working professional.
If you apply provisionally and your mark sheets are not received within the stipulated time, the admission is cancelled and the fee is not refunded at that stage. Send them as soon as they are issued.

03Applying

The process, end to end

  1. Apply online

About ten minutes. The form saves as you go and can be resumed from a link we email you, so you do not have to finish it in one sitting.

  2. A counsellor calls

Within 24 hours. They confirm the programme is the right one for you — and will say so if it is not — and answer anything about fees or schedule.

  3. Choose how you pay

In full, or in instalments at 0% interest through one of four providers. The offer letter sets out both.

  4. Confirmation

A confirmation email with your fee schedule, your class timetable and your course material as a downloadable PDF.

  5. Start

Live classes run three days a week and are recorded, so a missed session is not a lost one.

04After you enrol

What happens once you are in

  • A confirmation email with your fee schedule.
  • Your student ID card, within two weeks.
  • Your class schedule and course material by email, as a soft-copy PDF.
  • Acknowledge institute emails — they are the official channel, and results and notices go there.
  • Tell us in writing if your address, email or phone number changes.
  • Fee queries go to info@aoreindia.com or aoreindia@gmail.com.

05Certification

Your certificate, and how anyone checks it

Certificates are issued on successful completion, once all dues are cleared. A hard copy goes by courier or registered post and a soft copy by email.

Every certificate carries a number that anybody — an employer, a recruiter, you — can verify on this site using the number and your date of birth. That verification returns the holder's name, the qualification, the issue date and whether the certificate is still valid, and nothing else.

What an AORE certification is, and what it is not

AORE programmes are job-oriented professional and business-administration certifications. They are not degrees, and they are not affiliated with UGC, AICTE or DEC. They are industry-recognised certification programmes intended to build practical skills and strengthen a professional résumé. If you need a UGC-recognised degree, this is not that — and we would rather you knew before you applied.
