Hiring through the placement cell
There is no fee to post a role. AORE screens against the brief and sends a shortlist rather than a database dump.
Send the brief
Role, location, experience band and pay range. The pay range is the one thing candidates cannot see anywhere else, and listings that carry it fill materially faster.
Say whether you want to be named
Confidential postings are normal and are honoured. The reason is shown to the candidate in place of the brand, so the listing does not read as evasive.
Receive a shortlist
Screened against your brief by the placement cell, not filtered by keyword. Interview slots are coordinated at the centre or online.
