Retail Aptitude Test
Find out where you stand

02Personality

- Resilience
- Attention to detail
- Confidence

03Language & behaviour
What else is assessed
- Fluency in English and in your local language.
- Verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Sales-oriented language.
- Conflict resolution.
- Written communication.
- Customer-needs assessment, upselling and cross-selling.
- Closing technique and relationship building.
- Data-driven selling.
04Method
How it is administered
Three components: an AI-based video assessment, a set of retail case studies, and a general aptitude section. The video element is what lets it score communication and presence, which a written test cannot reach.
The output is a detailed report. A career counsellor walks you through it — the report on its own is a set of scores, and the useful part is what they mean for which course and which role.
