Paying

What is payable, and when

The old site had a Pay Online link. There is no card gateway here yet, so rather than a button that does not work, this is the whole picture: what you owe, the day it falls due, and the four ways to settle it.

01Before you pay

What is actually owed

Every published fee is exclusive of GST, which is charged on top at the applicable rate — currently 18%. The fee table shows both figures side by side, because the inclusive one is what leaves your account.

The price is fixed at the point of enrolment. A later increase does not apply to a student already enrolled, and nothing is payable at application: the fee falls due once an offer is made and accepted.

02In full

Paying the whole fee

Fees are payable in full before course access is granted, unless you are on an approved instalment plan. Your offer letter sets out both options and the exact amount including GST.

  • UPI, to the ID printed on your invoice.
  • Bank transfer, to the account on the same invoice.
  • At any centre, where a receipt is issued on the spot.
Bank account details are shown on your invoice and inside your student account once you sign in. They are deliberately not published on a public page — a bank account posted on a website is an invitation to anyone who wants to impersonate the institute.

03In instalments

The four providers

AORE does not lend. It connects you to a provider, and the provider decides — meeting the conditions is not the same as being approved.

Instalments carry 0% interest and are due on or before the 2nd of each month. A late fee of ₹500 applies after that date, and persistent non-payment suspends course access.

Choosing EMI happens after your offer, not before it. Apply first, then pick how you pay — a counsellor confirms the exact schedule before anything is signed.

Tenure options, the down-payment amount and any provider processing fee are not published by AORE. The monthly figures on the fees page are arithmetic on what is published, not a quote.

04Online payment

Why there is no pay button here

A card gateway is built and tested alongside the student platform, not before it — a payment page that takes money without an account to attach it to creates a reconciliation problem for AORE and a receipt problem for you.

Until it ships, every payment route above issues a receipt against your invoice number, which is what a refund request needs.

If anyone contacts you asking for a fee payment to an account that is not on your invoice, it is not AORE. Confirm on +91 93126 83206 before sending anything.

05Getting it back

If you change your mind

A full refund of the course fee is available within seven calendar days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed or downloaded any course material. Seven calendar days, not working days, counted from enrolment rather than from when the batch starts.

Registration, accreditation and administrative charges are excluded, as are physical materials already shipped. Approved refunds are processed within 45 business days to the original payment method.
