Placement

We introduce you. The employer decides.

AORE runs placement with AOne HR Services, a recruitment business rather than a marketing department. That distinction matters: they are talking to hiring managers every week, and they will tell you plainly whether you are ready.

Assistance, not a guarantee. No training institute can honestly promise you a job, and any that does is telling you something it cannot control. What AORE commits to is the preparation and the introductions — the five steps below, for every student who completes a course.

01The process

Five steps, in order

  1. Pre-placement orientation

What the market is hiring for right now, what each brand looks for, and where you realistically sit. Held before your résumé goes anywhere.

  2. Résumé screening and aptitude tests

Your résumé is rewritten to survive an ATS and reviewed against the roles you are targeting. Aptitude testing identifies the gaps worth closing before an interview rather than during one.

  3. Technical and HR interview preparation

Mock interviews with people who have hired for these roles, covering both the technical round and the HR round. You get the feedback that interviewers rarely give.

  4. Final offer

Introductions to hiring partners, interview scheduling, and support through offer negotiation.

  5. Joining and onboarding

Help with documentation and the first weeks in role — the point at which a placement either sticks or does not.

Where students have gone

The employers named in AORE’s placement records so far. A wall of logos with no names — which is what the old site showed — is unreadable to a search engine and to a screen reader alike.

What placement support requires of you

  • Your course must be complete and all dues cleared before placement support begins.
  • Placement assistance is not a guarantee of selection. The employer decides.
  • Participation in orientation, mock interviews and scheduled sessions is expected.
  • Professional conduct at every interview — you are representing the institute as well as yourself.
  • Some flexibility on location, role and shift materially improves your chances.
  • Accepting an offer and joining is your decision and your responsibility.
  • Official communication goes to your registered email address.

Placement outcomes

We are collecting and publishing verified placement data — how many students were placed, where, in what role, and how long it took. Until those figures can be sourced and checked, this page does not show them. A placement statistic nobody can verify is worth less than an honest blank.

International placements

AORE places across India and works with employers in the Gulf and Europe. Two of our mentors have built careers in Dubai and across the Middle East, and they run the sessions for students targeting those markets.

What the board pays

The 91 listings currently on the AORE board carry an advertised pay ceiling each. Those figures are aggregated by role, level and city — real data, clearly labelled as ceilings rather than offers.

Placement starts with the right course

The strongest predictor of a placement is choosing a qualification that matches the role you actually want. That is what the finder and the aptitude test are for.
