Training partners
Retail is hiring faster than anyone is training
India needs an estimated nine crore trained retail professionals by 2030, and almost none of that training currently happens outside the metros. An AORE centre is a way to meet that demand in a market you already understand, without building a curriculum, a faculty or a placement network from scratch.

02The offer
What a partner gets
Exclusive territory
One partner per catchment. You are not competing with another AORE centre down the road.
Curriculum and material
Thirty-nine qualifications, ready to teach, updated centrally. You do not write syllabus.
Trainer support
Access to the mentor faculty for live sessions, so a new centre is not limited by local hiring.
Technology
The learning platform, student records, assessments and certification all run centrally.
Marketing support
Campaign material, a local landing page and lead routing into your catchment.
Placement backing
Your students go through the same AOne HR placement cell as every other AORE student.
03Four models
Sized to the catchment, not the ambition
A Lite centre in a tier-four town can be a better business than an Elite one in a market that will not fill it.
| Model | Territory | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Elite | Metro and tier-one cities | Largest catchment, full course catalogue, on-site assessment facilities. |
| Premium | Tier-two and tier-one cities | Full catalogue with a smaller physical footprint. |
| Standard | Tier-two and tier-three cities | Core catalogue, counselling and assessment centre. |
| Lite | Tier-four towns | Counselling and enrolment centre; teaching delivered online. |
04The process
How it works
Register your interest — nine fields, about a minute.
A qualification call: your market, your premises, your background, and the investment band for your territory.
If it fits both ways, we send the onboarding form — centre details, infrastructure, location, facilities and documents.
Agreement, trainer onboarding, platform access and launch support.
The document-heavy form comes at step three, not step one. Asking for washroom counts and address proofs before anyone has spoken is how the old page lost people.

Name, contact, city, the model you are considering and a little about your background. Nothing else at this stage, and nothing payable.
