05Skills
What matters, and why
- Leading managers of managers
- You are now two levels from the customer and must not lose the signal.
- Regional P&L
- Property, manpower and logistics costs dominate at this scale.
- Expansion judgement
- A bad site is a five-year lease and a permanent drag.
- Talent development
- A region without a succession bench cannot grow.
- Stakeholder management
- Buying, marketing and supply chain all have their own priorities.
