Own a campaign end-to-end, including its results, and be able to talk about what failed.
Learn media buying and agency management well enough not to be sold to.
04Eligibility
What employers ask for
Graduate, MBA preferred. Typically 4–7 years of marketing or retail experience.
05Skills
What matters, and why
- Positioning
- A brand that stands for everything is priced like a commodity.
- Campaign planning
- Retail campaigns live or die on store readiness, not on the creative.
- Budget ownership
- You will be asked what the last ₹10 lakh bought.
- Agency management
- A clear brief saves more money than a hard negotiation.
- Brand measurement
- Without it, brand spend is the first line cut in a bad quarter.
06Progression
Where this sits on the ladder
